Client Resolution Specialist

About This Role

This role is for a Client Resolution Specialist who will work remotely to help families secure protection plans tailored to their financial needs, leveraging warm leads and proven training and mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Work remotely with a flexible schedule (full-time or part-time)
• Use warm, inbound leads—absolutely no cold calling
• Collaborate with a team and get support from experienced mentors
• Operate independently with self-discipline and integrity
• Help families secure protection plans tailored to their financial needs

• Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented individual
• Strong desire to succeed, grow, and make an impact
• Comfortable working independently without micromanagement
• US citizen & have Permanent Residency

Qualifications

• Sales experience is a plus, but not required—training provided
