About This Role

Join a performance marketing agency's client acquisition team and gain hands-on experience across the entire sales process, from initial outreach to deal closing. This role involves building relationships with potential clients and learning directly from experienced sales professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Reach out to businesses via LinkedIn with provided scripts and training
  • Start conversations and qualify potential clients
  • Book introductory calls for senior team members
  • Attend sales calls with a trained, experienced closer, playing a supportive role
  • Take notes during sales calls, handle follow-ups, and assist with moving deals forward
  • Learn how objections are handled and deals are sealed in practice
  • Gain exposure to the full sales cycle in a real agency environment
  • Keep simple notes and updates in our system

Requirements

  • University student or recent graduate
  • Confident communicator who enjoys speaking with people
  • Excited by learning how real deals get done
  • Desire for mentorship

Qualifications

  • No prior sales experience needed; full training is provided for university students or recent graduates.
