Partner with clients to address complex business challenges leveraging technology, acting as a trusted advisor to senior leaders for digital transformation and ServiceNow platform optimization. Guide projects from conception to completion, ensuring client satisfaction and identifying new opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Serve as trusted advisor and primary client partner for key customers and industry segments, providing strategic guidance across all projects with a focus on Customer Workflows for Public Sector clients
- Ensure seamless, high-quality delivery across all client engagements by proactively addressing challenges, managing risks, and upholding Servos’ standards for excellence
- Lead and support project teams by fostering alignment, addressing staffing needs, maintaining positive team morale, and providing escalation support
- Identify and develop new opportunities within client accounts, assisting with proposals, SOW creation, and solution design
- Partner with ServiceNow field and industry sales teams to guide customers on defining projects and expanding ServiceNow use
- Ensure financial and operational success for client engagements by monitoring project health, mentoring PMs, reviewing project artifacts, and meeting chargeability/profitability targets
Requirements
- 8+ years of client-facing experience leading technology engagements
- Experience managing cross-functional teams to deliver results for ServiceNow or other SaaS platforms
- Skilled in building and maintaining trusted relationships with senior and C-level client stakeholders
- Experience overseeing full solution lifecycles, including planning, design, delivery oversight, and operational support
- Proven ability to drive and close large, complex deals
- Strong account management, relationship management, and consultative sales experience
Qualifications
- 8+ years of leading technology engagements and managing cross-functional teams, delivering results for ServiceNow or other SaaS software platforms
