Expand the firm's presence and deepen vertical practices by originating new client relationships, leading retained search engagements, and managing assignments end-to-end within the Life Sciences sector. This role requires a strong focus on business development and client advisory services.
Responsibilities
- Originate and develop retained executive search and advisory engagements
- Lead client relationships and manage searches from intake through completion
- Analyze industry trends to identify new business opportunities
- Partner with and guide the Research team to support delivery and execution
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in retained executive search in the Life Sciences space
- Proven track record in business development and revenue origination
- Experience building or contributing to a practice or vertical
- Comfortable operating in a producing role while collaborating closely with research and leadership
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in retained executive search in the Life Sciences space
