Client Partner (Industrial Products/ Electrical System)

About This Role

This Client Partner role focuses on developing strategic relationships and driving business growth within the Industrial Products, Energy Management, and Intelligent Systems sectors. The role involves aligning engineering service offerings with client needs, particularly in electrical systems and automation.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales revenue from engineering services across the Industrial Products domain in North America
• Achieve and exceed revenue targets through prospecting, relationship building, and winning new business
• Forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly revenue streams accurately, and monitor growth trends
• Engage with CXO-level executives to identify and develop new business opportunities
• Negotiate contracts and collaborate with proposal and delivery teams for seamless project transitions
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline of qualified opportunities
• Identify areas for sales process improvement and proactively recommend growth strategies
• Demonstrate a clear understanding of offshore and global delivery models

Requirements

• 8-15 years of overall experience
• 5-10 years in business development within the U.S. market
• 4-8 years of proven experience selling engineering services to clients in the Industrial Products domain
• Strong client engagement and account management skills
• Understanding of solution-based selling
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
