Client Consultant

About This Role

Act as a fractional client advisor and industry representative for Smart Capital Center, leveraging decades of Commercial Real Estate (CRE) experience to engage with peers and customers at industry events.

Responsibilities

• Attend curated Commercial Real Estate industry events
• Represent the company as a knowledgeable, credible industry peer
• Engage investors, lenders, owners, developers, and operators in high-quality conversations
• Share insights on how AI drives 10x productivity gains across the full transaction lifecycle
• Identify and surface qualified interest; facilitate warm introductions to the internal team
• Share market insights and feedback based on industry engagement
• Occasionally participate in small-group meetings or informal presentations

Requirements

• 20-30+ years of Commercial Real Estate experience
• Recently retired or transitioning from an active executive role
• Well-connected within the CRE ecosystem
• Comfortable engaging with senior-level decision-makers as a peer
• Thoughtful communicator who enjoys relationship-building and industry dialogue

Qualifications

• 20-30+ years of Commercial Real Estate experience, including underwriting, investing, lending/credit leadership, asset management, or development
