Client Closer Full Cycle

About This Role

Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing for high-ticket consultation services, supporting a founding sales team in a new startup. This commission-only role impacts families and helps prevent dysfunctional dynamics by selling pre-marital consultations.

Responsibilities

• Source qualified leads of couples in the US, Canada, UK, Australia, and New Zealand (networking, referrals, social outreach, faith/community groups)
• Conduct discovery conversations and present the $1,500 valued one-time consultation
• Handle objections professionally and empathetically
• Close paid bookings and coordinate scheduling with the founder for up to 2 sessions/day
• Maintain and update a simple sales pipeline (CRM or tracking sheet)
• Submit weekly performance reports
• Provide feedback on messaging, scripts, and targeting to improve conversion over time

Requirements

• Proven experience in high-ticket sales, appointment closing, coaching/consulting sales, or related B2C or B2B closing
• Self-starter highly motivated by uncapped, performance-based income
• Comfortable with prospecting (outbound + inbound) and owning weekly activity
• Empathetic, persuasive, and disciplined communicator with pipeline hygiene
• Comfortable engaging with faith-friendly/traditional audiences
• Entrepreneurial mindset, eager to shape messaging and sales process
• Residency in US, Canada, UK, Australia, or New Zealand

Qualifications

• Proven experience in high-ticket sales, appointment closing, coaching/consulting sales, or related B2C or B2B closing.
