This role involves serving as the primary contact for a portfolio of business clients, managing their accounting needs using QuickBooks Online, and ensuring accurate payroll processing. The Client Accounting Manager will build strong relationships and ensure timely completion of accurate deliverables.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of business clients
- Build strong relationships with clients while handling their accounting and payroll needs
- Manage client accounting using QuickBooks Online, including monthly reconciliations, sales tax filings, and 1099 preparation
- Perform payroll processing, administration, and reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Problem solve with team members on client matters
- Manage workflow and maintain clear lines of communication with supervisor and team members
- Provide outstanding customer service
- Ensure the completion of accurate client deliverables on time
Requirements
- Knowledgeable on accounting and payroll best practices
- Able to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
- High attention to detail
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Accounting and payroll experience
Qualifications
- College degree preferred
- Accounting and payroll experience required
