Maintain the cleanliness and comfort of offices and living quarters in Grantsville, MD, ensuring a welcoming environment for facilities during evening hours. This part-time role offers a steady schedule with occasional weekend shifts.
Responsibilities
- Empty waste bins or similar receptacles, transporting waste material to designated collection points
- Sweep floors with brushes or dust control mops
- Mop floors with wet or damp mops
- Suction clean carpeted areas and spot clean carpets
- Dust, damp wipe, wash or polish furniture, ledges, window sills, external surfaces of cupboards, radiators, shelves and fitments
- Replenish consumable items (soap, toilet rolls, paper towels)
- Clean toilets, urinals, hand basins, sinks, baths, and showers
Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant work history
- Ability to work independently
- Reliable transportation
- 2 or more professional references
- Ability to bend, reach overhead, and climb stairs
- Ability to lift 30 lbs unassisted
Qualifications
- 2+ years of relevant work history
