Join our New Oxford, PA team as a Cleanroom Operator to assemble products using plastic tubes, fittings, and components, contributing to positive patient outcomes. This role requires adherence to strict quality standards and proper use of light industrial production equipment.
Responsibilities
- Perform the assembly of products using plastic tubes, tubing, fittings, and components under moderate supervision.
- Enforce adherence to strict product quality standards, including SOPs and Good Manufacturing Practices.
- Ensure proper usage of light industrial production equipment, such as heat sealers, air leak testers, crimpers, and tube cutting equipment.
- Prioritize and push jobs into the Clean Room based on daily schedule requirements, working with the Kitting Room and Shift Supervisor.
- Build critical and complex products utilizing protocols and approved drawings.
- Identify and promptly communicate any problems in the manufacturing process to the supervisor.
- Ensure work orders are completed to specifications and material is used or disposed of correctly.
- Able to lift up to 30 pounds and manipulate products.
- Perform repetitive tasks throughout the assigned shift.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to follow instructions and directions from trainers and colleagues
- Attention to detail to facilitate the correct assembly of products
- Ability to focus and perform repetitive tasks throughout the assigned shift
- Able to work in a controlled, clean room environment
- Able to stand for extended time periods with ability to move about and perform repetitive motions
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Nice to Have
- Prior hands-on experience assembling parts in a manufacturing or production environment
- Able to understand and follow established safety protocols, Good Manufacturing practices (cGMP)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
