Clean Room Associate

About This Role

This role is responsible for visually inspecting, cleaning, labeling, and packaging products in a Clean Room environment, ensuring product quality and non-contamination.

Responsibilities

• Assist with visual inspection, cleaning, packaging and labeling product according to customer specifications and Company clean room procedures
• Follow established Glove and Gown protocols for Clean Room duties, reporting any deviations to appropriate personnel
• Receive and stage product for manufacturing into Clean Room following all procedures
• Maintain cleaning tanks, walls, tables and fixtures in clean room following established Clean Room procedures
• Accurately complete required nonconformance reports
• Maintain and enforce entrance procedures of all controlled areas to ensure non-contamination of product
• Assist other Clean Room personnel in proper contamination control
• Minimize contamination by adhering to established containment procedures
• Perform in any and all areas as assigned
• Work any and all shifts/days as required

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent OR manufacturing experience in a clean room environment
• Minimum 6 months related work experience
• Ability to work with a diverse variety of people from different cultures and backgrounds
