Provide basic hardware and software support for classroom technology and video conferencing needs, assisting faculty, staff, and students with technical issues and training.
Responsibilities
- Interface with faculty, staff, and students on a daily basis to solve technical issues
- Work individually and on a team environment to complete tickets and meet end user needs in a timely manner
- Support end users by answering telephone calls, online ticket requests, and walk-ins
- Provide training in classroom technology for faculty and students in both physical and virtual environments
Requirements
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Highly relational with a passion for customer service
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated and accountable
- Good critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred
