This role is primarily responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of produce to customers throughout the Greater Los Angeles area, providing superior customer service at each delivery point.
Responsibilities
- Accurately check invoices as you make deliveries
- Deliver palletized product to customers using a hand truck
- Provide superior customer service during interactions with customers
- Assist in issuing credit memos and collecting payments for COD customers
- Promote and maintain a flexible, cooperative, team-oriented, and customer-focused attitude with colleagues
Requirements
- 23 yrs. or older due to insurance requirements
- Valid Class A CDL and medical card Interstate qualification, registered
- Demonstrated ability to lift/push/pull 50+ lbs. throughout shift
- Ability to speak, read and understand English (per DOT rules)
- Satisfactory driving record
Qualifications
- 1+ year of driving experience highly preferred
