About This Role

The Civil Project Engineer supports site development projects from concept to construction by performing grading, drainage, utility layout, and roadway design. This role involves preparing construction documents, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and applying design standards.

Responsibilities

  • Support site development projects from concept through construction
  • Perform grading, drainage, utility layout, and roadway design
  • Prepare construction documents, plan sets, and reports
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients, and municipalities
  • Apply design standards and assist in permitting processes

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of experience in civil/site land development
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

Qualifications

  • B.S. in Civil Engineering or related field
  • 4-6 years of experience in civil/site land development

Nice to Have

  • PE (Professional Engineer) certification
