Responsibilities

• Create treatment plans
• Review X-rays, MRIs, treatment plans, and care coordination
• Deliver reports on findings
• Monitor patients for improvement and complications
• Educate patients about services and their importance
• Acknowledge when patients reach their goals
• Enter detailed notes for new and existing patients
• Attend weekly meetings with all providers on-site to review clinical cases

Requirements

• Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited chiropractic college
• Valid D.C. license in NJ
• Fully eligible for malpractice insurance in NJ
• Diversified in all chiropractic techniques and conditions
