About This Role

Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of passionate early childhood educators at a state-of-the-art learning center. The director will oversee daily operations, build strong relationships with families, and grow enrollment while keeping children's safety and learning first.

• Build strong, trusting relationships with families
• Be a visible leader who supports classrooms and celebrates successes
• Connect with the local community and represent the center with pride
• Oversee daily operations while keeping children’s safety and learning first
• Use business and leadership skills to grow enrollment and strengthen the center

Requirements

• At least 1 year of leadership experience
• Genuine love for children and early childhood education
• Strong people skills (working with families and leading teams)
• Great organization and multitasking abilities
• Confidence managing operations, budgets, and accountability
• Ability to meet state licensing and director requirements

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of leadership experience (childcare or education experience preferred)
