Lead the technical architecture and delivery of advanced power electronics solutions for electrified systems, driving the system-level direction from concept through production. Serve as the final technical authority, providing governance across multiple programs and supporting customer-facing leadership.
Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture and delivery of advanced power electronics solutions across traction inverters, motor drives, on-board chargers, and HV/LV DC/DC platforms
- Own the system-level technical direction from clean-sheet concept through production-ready hardware in safety-critical electrified systems
- Serve as the final technical authority for power electronics architectures, controls, functional safety, and EMC
- Provide governance across multiple concurrent programs
- Support RFQs, technical proposals, and strategic technology roadmaps
Requirements
- Extensive experience delivering high-voltage, high-power power electronics into production
- Deep expertise in SiC/IGBT/GaN-based systems
- Proven record of leading complex, multidisciplinary programs in regulated environments
- Strong judgment
- Technical gravitas
- Ability to influence OEM and Tier-1 stakeholders
