About This Role

Lead the technical architecture and delivery of advanced power electronics solutions for electrified systems, driving the system-level direction from concept through production. Serve as the final technical authority, providing governance across multiple programs and supporting customer-facing leadership.

Responsibilities

Lead the architecture and delivery of advanced power electronics solutions across traction inverters, motor drives, on-board chargers, and HV/LV DC/DC platforms
Own the system-level technical direction from clean-sheet concept through production-ready hardware in safety-critical electrified systems
Serve as the final technical authority for power electronics architectures, controls, functional safety, and EMC
Provide governance across multiple concurrent programs
Support RFQs, technical proposals, and strategic technology roadmaps

Requirements

Extensive experience delivering high-voltage, high-power power electronics into production
Deep expertise in SiC/IGBT/GaN-based systems
Proven record of leading complex, multidisciplinary programs in regulated environments
Strong judgment
Technical gravitas
Ability to influence OEM and Tier-1 stakeholders
