Kenosha Animal Hospital is seeking a full-time Certified Veterinary Technician to assist veterinarians, perform lab tests, and educate pet owners. This role is crucial for providing personalized, high-quality care to patients and building strong client relationships within a privately owned practice.
Responsibilities
- Assist veterinarians during examinations, surgeries, and treatments
- Perform lab tests, radiography, and anesthesia monitoring
- Educate pet owners on preventative care and post-treatment instructions
- Handle patient triage and emergency care
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure a clean, organized work environment
Requirements
- Current CVT certification in Wisconsin
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- A team player with a positive attitude
- Passionate about animal care and client education
Qualifications
- Experience is a plus, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
