Join a close-knit team as a passionate and creative Cook, preparing nutritious and delicious meals for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years. This permanent part-time role offers flexibility and no weekend or late-night shifts.
Responsibilities
- Cook up wholesome, tasty meals that children will love
- Plan and prepare nutritionally balanced menus, including dietary/allergy-friendly options
- Maintain a clean and safe kitchen while meeting health & safety guidelines
- Engage with children, families, and staff as part of an early education family
Requirements
- Passion for cooking and providing nutritious meals for children
- Experience in meal planning, kitchen management, and food preparation
- Understanding of dietary restrictions and allergies
- Valid WWCC & Food Handling Certificate
Qualifications
- Experience in meal planning, kitchen management, and food preparation, either professional or at home
Nice to Have
- Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
- First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma certificates
