The CCTV Technician will operate Pro-Vac's Vac-Con fleet to deliver sustainable environmental services, focusing on subsurface solutions for critical infrastructure. This role involves leadership, training, and supporting the CCTV Division, while building client relationships and ensuring efficient project execution.
Responsibilities
- Foster a positive team environment by listening to employee feedback and communicating team needs to management to enhance safety and morale.
- Assist with planning, staffing, implementation, control, and evaluation of assigned CCTV projects.
- Mentor, train, and monitor field personnel, while providing performance assessments and supporting professional growth.
- Ensure proper identification, backup, and archiving of data collected by the CCTV truck fleet.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of industry experience
- Proficient with computers and smartphones
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to adapt and collaborate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of industry experience required for a CCTV Operator position.
