About This Role

This role involves processing member purchases by scanning merchandise and handling various payment methods, while also maintaining a clean and orderly front-line department.

Responsibilities

• Process member purchases in a courteous and friendly manner
• Verify, renew, and upgrade memberships
• Scan merchandise and accept various forms of payments
• Provide excellent member service efficiently and productively
• Maintain overall cleanliness of the front-line department
• Carry out job functions and responsibilities as assigned, supporting club policies
• Address all member concerns and escalate as appropriate
• Ensure safe and positive environment for members and team members
• Work collaboratively with respect to achieve goals
• Stay updated on merchandise promotions, advertisements, and product information

Nice to Have

• Basic math skills
• Prior cashier or sales experience
