Case Aide

About This Role

The Case Aide is responsible for ensuring compliance with federal and state regulatory guidelines for child and program operations, meticulously documenting information in Salesforce and UC Portal, and actively participating in team meetings and professional development to support the reunification process.

Responsibilities

• Meet all federal and state regulatory guidelines and standards applicable to this position
• Enter information in Salesforce and UC Portal as required by agency policy and procedures
• Review Salesforce and UC Portal for compliance with federal guidelines and state minimum standards
• Document information related to delays in the reunification process
• Review and sign children’s records in accordance with agency policy and procedures and applicable licensing and contract standards
• Participate in scheduled meetings and team decisions and operations
• Participate in workshops, seminars, education programs and activities that promote professional growth and development
• Compile, prepare, submit, and maintain accurate records, files, forms, statistics, and additional information
• Work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed or requested by position supervisor
• Implement Compass Connections safety protocols, including evacuating with children and other staff in case of an emergency

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year related experience
• Ability to respond sensitively and competently to diverse populations
• Ability to work collaboratively
• Ability to provide crisis intervention
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Computer literacy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Working knowledge of Compass Connections policies and procedures
• Pass pre-employment and random drug screens
• Provide proof of work eligibility status
• Pass pre-employment and biennial criminal background checks
• Receive annual Influenza vaccination or obtain an approved exemption

Qualifications

• High school diploma, or equivalent
• 1+ year related experience and/or training

Nice to Have

• Associate degree from an accredited program/institution in a related field
• 2+ years related experience and/or training
