Manage arbitration and mediation cases, handling day-to-day administration, correspondence with parties, attorneys, and neutrals, and ensuring accurate scheduling, documentation, and billing processes. This role is ideal for detail-oriented individuals with customer service or legal support experience interested in alternative dispute resolution.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day case administration using the proprietary case management system (PRISM)
- Correspond reliably with parties, attorneys, and neutrals
- Ensure accurate scheduling for cases
- Ensure accurate documentation for cases
- Ensure accurate billing processes for cases
- Manage sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
Requirements
- Associate's degree in business or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum three years of experience in customer service, case administration, or legal environments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Comfort with web-based systems
- Adaptability to new technologies, including AI-related tools
- Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to manage sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in business or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
