About This Role

Provide compassionate and quality in-home care services to clients in Camden County, ensuring their well-being and maintaining a clean environment. This role makes a direct impact on the lives of others while gaining valuable healthcare experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care assistance to clients, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Assist with mobility and transfers
• Monitor clients' care and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate parties
• Help prepare meals and assist with feeding, if necessary
• Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients
• Engage clients in meaningful activities and provide companionship
• Maintain documentation and communicate regularly with the care team
• Adhere to all policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations, related to caregiving and client care

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable vehicle
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to undergo a background check
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in caregiving or a related role preferred.
