Serve as a Car Wash Attendant, guiding customers into the car wash tunnel, assisting with transactions, and selling unlimited memberships. Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the car wash site and equipment while delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Guide Customers onto Conveyor using hand signals
- Take customer orders of Unlimited Memberships and sell Unlimited Memberships
- Clean and maintain car wash site and equipment
- Assist guest with questions on pricing, service, and awareness
- Maintain and stock chemicals and equipment
- Assist customers to process transactions
- Maintain SAFE environment on-site while working with others
- Educate every customer on services that best fit their needs
Requirements
- Sufficient proficiency in English to understand policies, safety training, and job instructions
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and coworkers
- Ability to stand for periods of time
- Ability to work outdoors and perform repetitive tasks
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and various hours
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
