Join our team as a Car Sales Executive responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced automotive environment. You will engage with customers, understand their needs, and guide them through the vehicle purchasing process to foster customer loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Engage with potential customers through outbound sales efforts and follow-up communications to generate leads
• Conduct thorough needs assessments to match customers with suitable vehicles from our inventory
• Provide detailed information on vehicle features, specifications, and financing options
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline to track leads and follow up on potential sales opportunities
• Utilize public speaking skills during presentations and demonstrations of vehicles to effectively communicate value propositions
• Collaborate with the sales support team to ensure inventory control and availability of vehicles for customer test drives
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and product knowledge to enhance sales strategies

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales (preferably automotive)
• Strong mathematical skills for calculating financing options and payment plans
• Excellent public speaking skills
• Ability to work independently in outside sales environments
• Familiarity with managing a sales pipeline and utilizing CRM software
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry or related fields
