Capital One Launchpad: Legacy and Leadership Program

About This Role

The Capital One Launchpad: Legacy & Leadership Program provides selected students with an immersive personal, professional, and technical development experience. This program focuses on career exploration, leadership development, and exposure to Capital One's culture and business areas, culminating in a capstone project.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a five-day, in-person immersion centered on career exploration, leadership development, and exposure to Capital One's culture and business areas
• Collaborate on a culminating capstone project to be presented at program conclusion
• Engage in an immersive, team-based experience designed to build essential professional competencies
• Receive personalized coaching and mentorship from Capital One professionals
• Expand professional networks and learn to advocate for personal and professional growth

Requirements

• Rising Sophomore or Junior at the time of application
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
• Enrolled at a TMCF college or university
• Available to travel and fully participate in the immersion experience in mid-July 2026
• U.S. Citizen

Nice to Have

• Membership in professional or affinity-based organizations such as NSBE or SHPE
• Demonstrated involvement and leadership in campus organizations, student groups, or community initiatives
• Participation in projects aligned with academic or career interests (e.g., hackathons, case competitions, research projects)
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities
• Solid foundation in quantitative reasoning and problem-solving
