The CanoeHouse Food Runner is vital to the successful operation of the fine dining restaurant, CanoeHouse. This role primarily organizes and delivers quality food presentations in a timely and accurate manner to the appropriate servicing areas. The successful candidate will navigate a fast-paced, high-volume environment while providing consistent, luxury guest experiences.
Responsibilities
- Organize and deliver quality food presentations in a timely and accurate manner to the appropriate servicing areas
- Work in a fast-paced and high-volume work environment
- Provide consistent, luxury guest experiences
- Maintain hotel service standards; follow house rules
- Follow instructions and direction
- Perform routine tasks under little or no direct supervision
- Project self in a professional manner
Requirements
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language
- Self-motivated and results oriented
Nice to Have
- Previous food running experience in a fine dining/luxury setting
