Cannabis Cartridge Machine Operator

About This Role

Phat Panda is seeking a Cannabis Cartridge Filling Machine Operator to produce high-quality vape cartridges and concentrate products. The operator will be responsible for setting machine parameters, loading cannabis oils, monitoring production quality, and maintaining a clean workspace.

Responsibilities

• Operate the Shark filling machine to produce vape cartridges, pods, syringes, and dab products
• Set machine parameters, calibrations, and temperatures for ideal fills
• Load cannabis oils, distillates, and concentrates safely and efficiently
• Monitor production quality and troubleshoot minor issues to keep workflow steady
• Keep accurate records, batch logs, and compliance documentation
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in accordance with state regulations

Requirements

• Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort working with equipment
• Detail-focused, consistent, and reliable
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Must be 21+
• Ability to pass all required background checks

Qualifications

• No prior cannabis industry experience required, just reliability, curiosity, and a willingness to learn.

Nice to Have

• Experience operating automated machinery
• Familiarity with cannabis oils, distillates, or concentrate textures
• Experience with Shark machines or similar filling equipment
• Experience in licensed cannabis production or METRC tracking
