Cannabis Brand Ambassador

About This Role

As a Cannabis Brand Ambassador, you will represent top-tier client brands at licensed dispensaries and events, driving sales and educating customers during 3-4 hour pop-up shifts. This role blends sales, customer service, and brand kit management within the competitive cannabis market.

Responsibilities

• Commute to pop-up shifts with assigned brand kit and display table, prepared to drive sales
• Utilize mobile application to accurately clock in and out for all shifts
• Take full accountability for the security, organization, and inventory of brand-specific kits
• Submit comprehensive end-of-day reports immediately following the shift through the mobile app
• Act as a passionate and authentic extension of the client brand
• Proactively engage customers, provide accurate product education, and execute sales strategies
• Commit to taking and excelling in continuous brand-specific training
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and manage displays based on client reference images
• Independently manage logistics of shifts and adapt to unexpected changes in the store environment
• Adhere strictly to all NYS cannabis laws, OCM guidelines, and dispensary-specific operating procedures

Requirements

• 21+ years of age and legally eligible to work in New York State
• Reliable commute
• Exceptional communication skills
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of independent decision-making
• Comfortable using mobile applications for time-keeping, reporting, and communication

Qualifications

• 1+ years in sales, brand ambassador services, promotional work, retail, or high-volume customer service
