About This Role

This Campaign Manager role is crucial for orchestrating global demand generation campaigns at Copado, bridging product marketing strategy with execution across various teams.

Responsibilities

  • Execute the end-to-end delivery of global integrated GTM campaigns
  • Translate high-level GTM strategies into actionable project plans
  • Monitor the operational aspect of major product launches and quarterly campaign themes
  • Act as the primary liaison between Product Marketing, Field Marketing, Event Marketing, and Digital Marketing
  • Own and manage the Master Global Marketing Calendar to ensure balanced cadence and prevent conflicts
  • Utilize project management tools like Asana to drive accountability and adherence to schedules
  • Aggregate and consolidate marketing results across all channels (Digital, Field, Event, Partner)
  • Monitor active campaigns against Demand Gen KPIs (MQLs, Pipeline Influenced) and recommend real-time pivots
  • Educate Business Development Representative (BDR) teams with context, talking points, and Campaign Kits
  • Establish regular feedback mechanisms with BDR and Sales leadership to ensure lead quality and messaging resonance

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years experience in B2B Demand Generation or Campaign Management
  • Proven track record of managing complex, multi-channel calendars
  • Ability to hold cross-functional teams accountable to deadlines
  • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM (understanding Campaign objects, lead statuses, and creating reports)
  • Experience with Marketing Automation Platforms (Pardot or HubSpot)
  • Strong ability to consolidate data from disparate sources (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM, Event Platforms) into unified performance dashboards
  • Ability to articulate performance metrics to executive leadership
  • Strong writing skills for email copy, landing page headlines, and BDR scripts

Qualifications

  • 5-7+ years experience in B2B Demand Generation or Campaign Management, preferably in the SaaS/DevOps space

Nice to Have

  • Experience in the SaaS/DevOps space
  • Familiarity with the Salesforce ecosystem
