Buyback Specialist

About This Role

The Buyback Specialist will facilitate buyback transactions for customers, working closely with various internal and external entities to ensure accuracy and timely completion. This individual will manage customer accounts, review documents, and coordinate payment and precious metals shipments.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain positive working relationships with all parties involved in transactions
• Perform and execute buybacks with a minimal error rate
• Analyze customer files and accounts to ensure information is up to date
• Review all incoming and outgoing documents for accuracy
• Send out required documents and follow up to ensure timely receipt and execution
• Provide status updates to customers, team members, and management
• Ensure incoming and outgoing payments are received and sent out accordingly and in a timely manner
• Facilitate and coordinate the shipment of precious metals to proper facilities
• Continuously inspect reports to identify potential issues or delays and alert departments for action
