Business Systems Support Admin

About This Role

This role is responsible for the support, troubleshooting, documentation, and maintenance of business applications, working with developers, conducting system testing, and communicating updates. The administrator will also create end-user training programs and custom reports to enhance productivity.

Responsibilities

• Support, troubleshoot, document, and maintain applications supporting business objectives
• Work with internal Developers to implement system fixes and/or upgrades
• Conduct system testing, communicate changes/updates to users, and schedule updates to the system
• Create and present end-user training programs
• Create custom reports to better utilize system information
• Support member-related inquiries submitted via the Client/Group Portal
• Support internal business partners and external customers by providing training of the Client Portal
• Complete updates to system user profiles to allow access to the Client Portal
• Support TPA, Fully Insured, and Self-Funded members' enrollment activity
• Troubleshoot transactions that have failed to write or errored out of the process to the backend enrollment system
• Support EDI Enrollment as a backup to specific clients

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a multi-task environment
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Effective facilitation and presentation skills
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of relevant experience
