Business Development Representative - Web3 Casinos & iGaming

About This Role

This role is for a Business Development Representative specializing in outbound lead generation for Web3 and iGaming verticals. The specialist will be responsible for sourcing, qualifying, and managing new leads to pass to senior team members for closing.

Responsibilities

• Identify and map target prospects within Web3, Crypto, and iGaming sectors
• Execute outbound campaigns across various channels including email, phone calls, Telegram, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn
• Handle cold leads from initial outreach to qualification
• Utilize company systems and playbooks to optimize outreach performance
• Qualify leads based on budget, needs, and growth potential
• Pass qualified leads to senior sales or account managers for closing
• Track all activity and opportunities within CRM systems
• Continuously test and refine outreach angles, messaging, and channels to improve response rates

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in tech sales or business development
• Proven experience in lead generation, business development, or sales
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills
• Experience with cold outreach and outbound sales systems
• Comfortable using CRMs and lead management tools
• Understanding of (or strong interest in) Web3, Crypto, and iGaming
• Self-motivated, organised, and results-driven

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in tech sales or business development

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with tools such as Apollo, Instantly.ai, or similar outreach platforms
• Previous experience working with crypto projects or online casinos
• Experience generating leads for marketing agencies
• Understanding of user acquisition, paid media, or influencer marketing
