About This Role

Support the firm's growth activities by focusing on organization, materials production, marketing support, event coordination, and pipeline management. You will work closely with senior leadership to ensure smooth business development operations.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update the CRM and business development pipeline, tracking follow-ups, meeting notes, and next steps
  • Prepare pitch materials, presentations, bios, case studies, and other client-facing collateral, ensuring brand consistency
  • Draft and schedule social media posts highlighting firm updates, events, and thought leadership
  • Coordinate logistics for webinars, client events, and meetings, including invitations, RSVPs, materials, and follow-up communications
  • Conduct basic research on clients, competitors, industry topics, and potential opportunities
  • Maintain internal business development libraries, experience lists, and marketing repositories
  • Collaborate with senior leadership, client teams, and marketing to support strategic business development efforts

Requirements

  • 1-3 years experience in marketing, business development, communications, or administrative support
  • Demonstrated experience preparing PowerPoint presentations, pitch materials, or client-facing collateral
  • Experience maintaining CRMs or tracking follow-ups/meeting notes in any structured system (e.g., HubSpot)
  • Exceptional PowerPoint skills, ability to build, format, and polish high-quality decks
  • Strong writing/editing ability for short-form marketing content and light proposal support
  • Excellent organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • Comfortable coordinating events and logistics; experience supporting webinars or in-person programs
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially PPT and Word)

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years in marketing, business development, communications, or administrative support, preferably in a professional services environment

Nice to Have

  • Experience in wealth management or financial services
  • Experience creating social media posts or managing LinkedIn updates
  • Exposure to professional-services marketing or business development processes (from law/consulting firms)
