Business Analyst (ServiceNow)

About This Role

Marathon TS is seeking a Business Analyst with ServiceNow expertise to join an Agile team supporting various client applications. This role involves developing functional business requirements and collaborating on technology solutions to enhance business operations.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the development of functional business requirements and help users assess relative priorities for business and technology solutions.
• Understand business processes and priorities, evaluate alternative solutions, and recommend technology enhancements.
• Develop business and system requirements, functional designs, process flows, and test plans.
• Conduct system testing and facilitate user acceptance testing.
• Work collaboratively with peers to coordinate the overall delivery of technology solutions.
• Interface with the application development team to validate test results for new applications.
• Demonstrate a client-focused approach with outstanding interpersonal skills.

Requirements

• US Citizenship required
• 3+ years of business analysis experience
• Strong verbal and written communication experience
• Ability to work in a high-speed delivery focused environment
• Ability to work in a fully remote environment and maintain delivery tempo
• Experience working on an Agile team
• Experience with Jira and user story creation
• Possess a ServiceNow Certification
• Ability to understand business processes and translate into technical specifications
• Solid problem solving and analytical skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3+ years of business analysis experience

Nice to Have

• Current Client EOD preferred/Ability to receive Client EOD Required
• Working knowledge of system development life cycle concepts
