Support NextEra Energy Resources' structure and compliance activities by executing and coordinating operational, governance, and compliance-related processes across the project lifecycle. Maintain accurate tracking, documentation, and reporting for legal entities, lender requirements, and collateral obligations. This role works cross-functionally to ensure proper management and documentation of compliance activities.
Responsibilities
- Execute and coordinate operational, governance, and compliance-related processes across the project lifecycle
- Maintain accurate tracking, documentation, and reporting related to legal entities, lender requirements, collateral obligations, and project-level information
- Support continuous process improvement as the business continues to scale
- Ensure legal entities, lender consents, collateral requirements, and related compliance activities are properly managed, documented, and reported
- Support legal entity formations and changes
- Coordinate lender consent activities
- Maintain project and entity information within enterprise systems
- Assist with collateral-related processes
- Develop or enhance tracking tools, documentation, and workflows
- Exercise ownership over assigned processes, identify risks or gaps, and escalate issues as appropriate
Requirements
- High School Grad / GED
- 3+ years of experience
- Attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral
- Process-oriented
- Strong organizational skills
- Excel proficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Equivalent Experience
- 3+ years of experience

- Bachelor's Degree
- General understanding of accounting/finance
- SAP experience
- JIRA - Agent and Developer Function
