Bulk Utility Operator

About This Role

The Bulk Utility Operator supports manufacturing operations by performing tasks such as material handling, equipment operation, and maintaining a clean work environment, contributing to efficient production flow and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist in operating and monitoring production equipment to ensure equipment is functioning correctly during shifts
• Move, stage, and replenish raw materials and finished goods to support production flow
• Perform utility tasks such as loading and unloading products
• Inspect materials and products for defects and report any issues to supervisor
• Perform minor equipment adjustments and troubleshooting under supervision
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety and housekeeping standards
• Complete required production logs, reports, and inventory records accurately
• Work closely with operators and production staff to meet daily production goals
• Adhere to company policies, safety regulations and standard operating procedures at all times

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Willingness to work overtime to support a continuous operation as needed
• Strong commitment to safety
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required

Nice to Have

• Manufacturing experience
• Forklift experience or willing to be trained for certification
• Previous experience in a chemical manufacturing or industrial facility, formulations and/or packaging
