This volunteer role involves brightening the day of children in the hospital by providing toys and supporting families using the Ronald McDonald House facilities.
Responsibilities
- Alleviate the burden for families by supporting a comfortable place at no cost for those with sick or injured children at EIRMC
- Provide shelter, food, support, and care to families with sick children
- Represent the community's generosity by passing along gifts to children in the hospital or to siblings at home
- Find the right toy for each child using a variety of toys on hand
- Ensure all donated items are new and in original packaging due to the hospital environment
