Brand Specialist

About This Role

Support Beauty Barrage's client brands in various retailers by achieving sales targets, cultivating relationships, and driving brand awareness. This role involves representing brands, educating store staff, and conducting product demonstrations.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals for assigned brands
• Represent brands within an assigned territory and retailers to drive sales and brand awareness
• Establish and develop strong relationships with the store teams
• Educate and train store staff on brand knowledge
• Execute interactive product demonstrations
• Ensure product merchandising meets company standards
• Provide critical feedback through survey responses
• Leave a positive lasting impression after each store visit

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years beauty retail experience
• Passionate about the beauty industry and knowledgeable of the in-store retail environment
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence
• Ability to motivate others and work as part of a team
• Available on weekends
• Beauty savvy and able to represent the company image that is both polished and professional
• Must own a vehicle and be able to travel within territory
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years beauty retail experience
