Responsibilities
- Be the face of the brand, delivering authentic, engaging experiences that make customers feel valued
- Hit and exceed daily/weekly sales targets by sharing product knowledge in ways that educate and inspire
- Represent client brands at retail activations, pop-ups, and community events across Houston
- Spark meaningful conversations that uncover customer needs and provide thoughtful solutions
- Support event setup and create visually compelling displays that draw in crowds
- Capture customer insights and feedback in real-time, helping brands adapt and grow
