Brand Ambassador/Digital Marketing Expert: Group Therapy-Mental Health Sector

About This Role

Lead and implement organic digital marketing campaigns to increase mental health awareness, connect individuals with services, and foster supportive group environments. Use digital expertise to make a meaningful impact and support a more compassionate community.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to promote group mental health services and awareness
• Manage and optimize organic digital campaigns
• Conduct market research to understand the mental health landscape and identify opportunities for outreach to new potential clients/patients
• Utilize Off-page optimization techniques and content marketing (videos, graphics, provided by office) to increase online visibility
• Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing initiatives
• Collaborate with mental health professionals to ensure that content is informative, empathetic, and evidence-based
• Stay updated on organic digital marketing trends and adapt strategies as needed

Requirements

• Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on social impact or mental health initiatives
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools (organic campaign focus, all graphics and content provided)
• Strong content creation and copywriting skills
• Understanding of mental health issues and ability to communicate sensitively and compassionately
• Data-driven decision-making skills and ability to analyze and interpret marketing metrics
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on social impact or mental health initiatives.
