As a Headkount Brand Advisor, you will build relationships with stores, brands, and retail employees to increase productivity and sales in the Orange County, CA market.
Responsibilities
- Be punctual and reliable
- Achieve sales goals
- Educate retail staff members on brands, product knowledge, and selling strategies
- Uphold merchandising and brand guidelines
- Host and participate in branded events to achieve sales goals
- Complete detailed in-store surveys at the end of every shift
- Communicate with the Headkount team using the Headkount app
Requirements
- 2+ years experience with beauty brand or retailer
- Excellent beauty retail selling and education background
- Experience hosting beauty retail events
- Strong communication skills
- Professional conduct in-store and demonstrated team player
- Ability to self-motivate and work independently
- Working smartphone
- Reliable transportation to service all doors in market
- Flexible schedule and availability to work weekends
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience working for a beauty brand or beauty retailer
