Lead and grow a mortgage branch by driving personal loan production, recruiting and mentoring a team of Loan Originators, and managing strategic operations to ensure compliance and profitability.
Responsibilities
- Serve clients through personal loan production
- Identify, hire, and retain high-quality Loan Originators (LOs)
- Expand the branch footprint through recruitment and growth initiatives
- Foster a culture of compliance, professional development, and profitability within the branch
- Manage the strategic operations of the branch as the CEO of your market
Requirements
- Active NMLS (Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System) required
- Proven track record of mortgage production
- Experience in or high aptitude for recruiting and managing sales talent
- Growth mindset with focus on long-term branch profitability
- Uncompromising integrity and commitment to compliance
