About This Role

Lead business operations for a fast-growing insurtech startup, owning the systems, processes, and data vital for predictable revenue growth. This role involves running RevOps functions, building new capabilities for scalability, and partnering with GTM leadership to enhance execution and performance.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with GTM teams to build and maintain new operational processes, both procedurally and technically (e.g., with CRM workflows)
  • Support quota management, forecasting, pipeline hygiene, lead routing, and other core RevOps functions
  • Super-charge the sales team with training and materials; create and update SOPs, training materials, and process documentation
  • Build and monitor GTM metrics
  • Lead board reporting and OKR development

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience (Management Consulting, BizOps, GTM Strategy)
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and influence across teams
  • Experience in an early-stage startup (Seed–Series C) and comfort building processes from scratch
  • Strong, stable track record (average tenure of 2+ years)
  • NYC-based or able to work from NYC

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in Management Consulting, BizOps, or GTM Strategy, with preferably 1-2+ years of RevOps experience in Enterprise B2B SaaS

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with HubSpot, insurance, or B2B SaaS
  • Interest in BizOps and any growth/GTM engineering exposure
  • 1-2+ years of RevOps experience in Enterprise B2B SaaS (familiar with territory design, quota management, metric creation, CRM management, and reporting)
