Biologic/Infusion Medical Sales Executive

About This Role

This role drives external referral growth and improves operational efficiency for infusion and specialty services by engaging with healthcare professionals, educating them on the company's value proposition, and building strong relationships to increase patient referrals.

Responsibilities

• Engage with healthcare professionals face to face to assess current infusion services practices and needs
• Educate physician offices, health systems, and managed care organizations on PURE Infusion Suites value proposition and service offerings
• Motivate targeted doctors to utilize our facilities by using selling skills, cost-benefit analysis, and relationship building
• Maintain positive interaction with staff members at target doctor practices to generate patient referrals
• Participate in the creation of annual territory targets and goals with leadership
• Monitor and analyze data and market conditions to identify competitive advantage
• Provide feedback and direction for marketing materials development
• Work with select Pharma sales representatives to develop strategies and identify targets
• Build positive trust relationships to influence targeted groups in decision-making
• Complete daily, weekly, and monthly tasks including expense reporting in a timely manner

Requirements

• 1-3+ years of physician focused healthcare sales experience
• Bachelors’ Degree or equivalent
• Valid state driver’s license
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent internet navigation skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to create and maintain strong working relationships
• Self-motivated with learning agility and problem-solving skills

Qualifications

• Bachelors’ Degree or equivalent
• 1-3+ years of physician focused healthcare sales experience
