This role is for a Remote Bilingual Call Center Agent who will handle incoming calls professionally, greet callers, provide information, and transfer calls or take messages using state-of-the-art call processing systems, contributing to a vital service that supports customers in various needs, including medical advice requests.
Responsibilities
- Professionally handle incoming calls
- Greet callers in a positive and helpful way
- Provide and request required information
- Transfer calls or take messages as necessary
- Work on state-of-the-art call processing system
- Prioritize customer needs using various call center tools
Requirements
- Bilingual- fluent in reading/writing/speaking both Spanish and English
- Available to work a weekend day (Saturday or Sunday each week)
- Holiday work required
- A welcoming voice with an upbeat tone
- Strong spelling and grammar
- Computer skills
- Dependability
- Ability to type 35 words per minute or more
- A quiet home office free from distractions
Nice to Have
- Previous call center work experience
- Experience in any customer service industry
