Bilingual Home Care Marketer

About This Role

This role involves field-based business development and marketing for home care services, focusing on generating new clients and building relationships with referral sources in the Bronx, Manhattan, Queens, and Brooklyn. The aim is to facilitate enrollment for individuals seeking home care and achieve growth targets.

Responsibilities

• Generate new clients and build relationships with referral sources
• Conduct individual/Group presentations for health professionals, seniors and others
• Enroll and refer Medicaid eligible individuals
• Establish and maintain brand awareness through referral source contacts, trade shows, conference, and community education efforts
• Develop and execute a marketing plan to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual growth targets
• Demonstrate a thorough and complete knowledge of the agency’s, vision, mission and values
• Identify, evaluate and prioritize potential referrals sources within the agency’s territory and surrounding area
• Represent the agency and its services in a professional, competent and responsive manner
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of all activities and participant information
• Attend weekly/monthly growth meeting
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing support throughout the process

Requirements

• Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal)
• Existing contacts and territorial knowledge of local area and referral sources
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent sales skills
• Excellent time management skills

Qualifications

• Entry level, 1 year experience marketing for a home care agency preferred

Nice to Have

• 1 year experience marketing for a home care agency
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
