Requirements
- Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and listening skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-based call center
- Tech-savvy with basic math and account navigation skills
- Calm, professional, and solutions-focused under pressure
Qualifications
- Proven collections experience and comfortable in a performance-based call center environment.
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in debt collections (consumer collections highly valued)
- Call center experience with performance metrics and compliance standards
- Background in sales, negotiation, or high-volume customer service
