Supervise Bellpersons and manage guest luggage services to ensure outstanding guest service and operational efficiency at Hilton San Francisco Union Square.
Responsibilities
- Greet and escort arriving and departing guests to and from their accommodations
- Retrieve and transport guest luggage
- Inspect guest rooms and acquaint guests with their features
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
- Organize and store luggage according to guidelines
- Supervise, monitor and develop team member performance
- Recruit, interview and train team members
- Ensure team members have current knowledge of hotel products, services, facilities, events, pricing and policies
- Assist in the maintenance, appearance and functionality of equipment
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of Customer Service experience
- Minimum of 1 year of previous Bellman experience
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including AM/PM and overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of Customer Service experience and 1 year of previous Bellman experience
Nice to Have
- Previous Supervisory experience
